Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dosebird iOS app and the dosebird.app website (together, “Dosebird”), provided by Wogbo Worldwide, LLC (“we,” “us”), Fort Myers, Florida, USA. By using Dosebird, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Dosebird.
1. Not medical advice
Dosebird is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medication-level charts, unit conversions, reminders, and other information are estimates for your convenience and may be inaccurate. Always follow the instructions of your prescriber and pharmacist, and verify every dose and volume with them. Never start, stop, or change a medication or dose based on Dosebird. In an emergency, call 911.
2. Free app; optional tips
Dosebird is free to use. You may choose to leave an optional tip through Apple In-App Purchase. Tips are voluntary, unlock no features or content, and are not a purchase of goods or services. All tips are final and non-refundable by us. Any refund request must be made to Apple under Apple’s policies (for example, at reportaproblem.apple.com).
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your device secure, and for using Dosebird lawfully. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.
4. Your data
Your data belongs to you. How it is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dosebird on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). Where these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, these Terms apply to the extent permitted. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
6. Provided “as is”
Dosebird is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Dosebird will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reminders will always be delivered, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own records and exports.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wogbo Worldwide, LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any health outcome, missed dose, or data loss arising from your use of Dosebird. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in tips in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.
8. Trademarks
Ozempic® and Wegovy® are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S. Mounjaro® and Zepbound® are registered trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. These names are used only to identify medications. Dosebird is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for Dosebird or its content.
9. Changes
We may update Dosebird or these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use Dosebird after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
